Since 2008 Laura Blazeviciute is Chief Executive Officer of TV3 Lithuania, the largest media group in Lithuania that operates 3 commercial TV channels, Radio and New Media business. She is a Member of Executive Committee as of October 2017.

Laura holds 17 years of experience in industry with Modern Times Group (previous owner of All Media Lithuania) within different European markets – Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary and United Kingdom. Laura is President of Lithuanian Radio & TV Association and Vice-President of Lithuanian Business Confederation/ICC Lithuania.

Laura received Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

Indrė was appointed as TV3 Group Chief Financial Officer and a Member of Executive Committee as of October 2017 to lead Group financial management and key functions in budgeting, long-term planning and reporting.

Prior to joining TV3 Group, Indrė was key person in Bite Group Finance Team, where she was heavily involved in Bite sale process and has deep knowledge of Bite financial and operational results. She holds strong professional skills in Negotiation, Business Planning, Analytical Skills, Corporate Finance, and Management.

Indrė received MBA in Auditing & Financial Accounting from University of Vilnius (Lithuania).

Aušra Sidaravičienė was appointed as the Group Chief Technical Officer in February 2020 and has also been a member of the Executive Committee since September 2018.

Previously Aušra held Director of Business Development position in TV3 group and was responsible for developing and launching OTT platform. Prior to joining TV3 Group, Aušra was responsible for product development in telecommunication companies, such as Bite, Telia and Teo. She holds more than 10 years of experience working with complex IT projects in multicultural and international environment.

Aušra received Master‘s in Law from Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania) and is Certified Project Manager, IPMA C.

Group CEO Christian Anting was appointed as Group CEO TV3 Group in October 2018. Before joining TV3 Group he spent eight years with TVN Group, Poland’s leading television group and part of Discovery Inc. Christian Anting joined TVN group in 2010 as COO and Vice President of the Management Board of TVN’s Pay TV Platforms Telewizja n and ncplus.

In 2016, he was appointed to the group’s management board, responsible for Digital and eCommerce, leading the group’s Digital Transformation initiatives and OTT platform. Previous management positions include SBS Broadcasting in London and Amsterdam, CMore Entertainment in Stockholm, KirchGroup and Premiere (Sky Deutschland) in Munich. Christian Anting currently serves as a mentor to the HenkelX Mentorship Club. He is a citizen of Spain and graduated with a masters in Economics and Finance from the University of Augsburg in Germany.

Jan Wykrytowicz is Chief Executive Officer of TV3 Play Baltics and Member of Executive Committee of TV3 Group since May 2019. He has more than 15 years of experience in Marketing, Strategy and Business Development, both in traditional and digital media. Prior to joining TV3 Group, Jan Wykrytowicz held managerial positions for the largest media companies in Poland – CANAL+, nc+ and TVN (Scripps Network Interactive). As Marketing and Strategy Director, he was part of Management team involved in the largest Pay TV merger in Poland, launching successfully leading Pay TV brand – nc+.

At the time of TVN, as Digital Marketing Director, Jan was responsible for transformation of TVN’s OTT service (player.pl) into the leading AVOD/ SVOD service in Poland. Also, the Initiator and Managing Director of TVN Ventures, the investment arm of TVN, and one of the first members of the European Media Alliance, launched in cooperation with MTG, ProSieben and other largest European broadcasters, targeted at joint, pan-European media cooperation.

Jan Wykrytowicz graduated from Management Faculty at Warsaw University, where he is still a guest lecturer for Marketing Strategy. Also, he is Speaker at Media/ Marketing industry conferences.

Mindaugas Rakauskas is Chief Executive Officer of TV3 Latvia, with responsibility for the TV, radio and digital. He is also a member of the groups Executive Management Committee since March, 2020.

Mindaugas has been Chief Commercial Officer of All Media Lithuania for 2 years, where he was leading advertising and sales across the entire portfolio of TV channels, Radio and Digital businesses. His previous career includes Sales and Marketing management positions at Bite Group, Sorainen and Plasta.

Mindaugas has received Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Business Administration and Services Management at Vilnius University.

Signe Suur is Chief Executive Officer for TV3 Estonia (All Media Eesti) since March 2020. She is responsible for all 5 Estonian business units - Free TV, Radio, Digital, Artist Media and Buduaar Media.

She has more than 12 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations and People Management. Signe has been working for the company since 2008 in different managerial positions, last 5 years as a Commercial Director. She begun her career in television industry in one of the oldest TV production company Filmimees as a Co-Producer and Content Marketing Manager.

She is a Member of Executive Committee, a Board Member of Estonian Association of Broadcasters and a Board Member of Estonian Association of Media Companies.

Signe Suur received Bachelor`s in Tallinn University of Technology and Master`s in University of Tallinn (Estonia).
