All Media Eesti continues to strengthen its activities in the advertising sector and has acquired 90% of the shares of Artist Media OÜ, the number 1 company in Estonia providing in-store radio, audio and BTL services. Priit Laur, the former majority shareholder of Artist Media, will continue to hold 10% of the shares.

The parties will not disclose the price of the transaction.
